As per Saskatchewan's OHS Regulations Section 22 and 45, prescribed organizations with ten or more workers are required to establish and maintain a formal occupational health and safety program in consultation with the occupational health committee or representative. Organizations or employers with moderate to high hazard workplaces with 5 to 9 workers still require a health and safety program but these programs can be simpler or 'less formal'.
